Here it is ,, the long awaited Mk1 of the Sidekick Gp Silencer, Approx 350mm total in length, tapered from an Inlet of 54mm to 110mm with a 95mm end cap. every single section of this silencer has been pain stakingly designed through the traditional skills of sheet metal pattern development. each silencer is around 5 hours work to manufacture. seen here with a brushed stainless look for the traditional Gp stle look. More finishes to come, hense the Mk1. seen here for no particular Bike, but as a desiner slip on, so sidekick will make it fit your bike, within reason..

Hot off the press, is this tapered cone that EVOlves from 2 inches to the standard sized oval end cap, completely sealed, and mirror polished, It has a distinctive swaged bead pressed into the sleeve, this adds to the slink design and strengthens the design. the silencer / muffler is around 400mm in length. it can be welded straight to exsisting pipework and can be designed to have an inlet diameter from 40mm to 60mm. THE S2R , silencer, so given its name due to its pattern development, "square 2 round".Many hours have gone into the development of this silencer, made from top quality stainless steel, and ALL MADE BY HAND, . The shape has been developed and drawn onto stainless sheet, once cut it is then folded by hand individually to form the radius bends, the end cap is then offset, and then has to be offset inside to meet the perforated stainless baffle tube, that then runs central down the silencer. once all welds are ground flush the silencer is linished then polished through various grades of sanding and polishing mops to give the mirror finish look.. available in stainless steel .

As well as the normal round and oval designs, this UV Protected high quality carbon firbe is now in a Brand spanking new design, the offset tri oval, is individualy tig welded, shaped, then ground and polished, by hand, again, this is not a mass production item, each silencer is made specifically to order per customer,This carbon fibre seen here is manufactured in the UK by the same company that supply the identical carbon for use on the TVR Tuscan exhausts, so rest assured it will withsatand very high temperatures, both internal and externally..

In 1998 I made the very first teardrop silencer that was featured in motorcycle news on a full page new product, since then has been copied and given different names , this is a 3 sided teardrop profile, also available in carbon and titanium.

This is an off set fabricated cone silencer, with a 60mm to 110mm body, with no less than 4 conical components internally as well as external, making this silencer the ultimate in looks, build quality and performance. as a sheetmetal worker i have used the same geometry that was utilised in the very first silencers I made that from day one were producing more horse power than the house hold named brands..I now have all my reviews courtesy of MC news so I will be posting them soon, so dont just take my word for it, the technical term for this Principal is Anti Reversion.. a skill used in many formula one exhausts, 2 stroke expansion chambers, even harley davidson use a similar idea on their headers... it dont get much better than this...
